Maintaining good working relationships with donors, CIMO Partners, and other stakeholders.
Experience developing networks and partnerships with national/regional/international institutions in Nepal and the Asia Region (including host country agencies, including central and local government, USAID, development partners, civil society, and community-based organizations) and spearheading donor collaboration, fundraising and project development.

Ability to help formulate and support a forward-looking business development strategy informed by regular engagements with donors, partners, peer organizations and coordination bodies.

Ensures the routine application of evidence and learning in program design, liaising with knowledge management, MEAL, technical, and program colleagues
Experience designing programs that are able to meet donor and internal obligations on scope, time and budget, including efficient coordination on common program, operational and funding issues
