Responsibility:

• Oversee all aspects of the project including leading strategic planning and decision making, providing technical guidance, overseeing activities of the sub-recipients, and supervising staff and serving as the key liaison with USAID, Ministries, implementing partners and other stakeholders. 

Requirement:

• Master’s degree in International Development, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of work experience in related field with experience of leading USAID funded projects. Proven leadership qualities, excellent program and personnel management skills. Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
