ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to ensure the invoices and journals of Country Office and Field Offices are correctly and timely booked in SAP ERP system ensuring the compliance of internal control system and segregation of duties of organization, to deposit the retirement fund accurately on time, to deposit and verify monthly TDS in Large Tax Payer’s office correctly on time, to manage fund of country office, to manage intercompany recharge and open item accounts clearing of country office.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’ Degree in relevant education with 1-2 years of experience in related areas
  • Book keeping knowledge
  • Fully computer literate – skilled and confident user of office applications such as MS Word, Excel, MS Access and General ledger Finance system.
  • Full knowledge on income tax Act and VAT – relating to TDS and remuneration tax, tax return file.
  • Analytical skill
  • Communication skills, appropriate to the audience
  • Problem solving 
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, to prioritize and to plan
  • Working knowledge on written and spoken English
