Responsibilities : 

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and network of an organization
• Install and configure computer systems , diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems , either over the phone or in person
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults 
• Train the user when a new software or other new IT regulation comes 
• Keeping the computer network up to date with essentials patches , perform small tasks on server and interact with various vendors
• Addressing under tickets regarding hardware , software and networking
• Guide users with simple , step by step instructions
• Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
