ROLE PURPOSE
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible to carry out the end to end recruitment process for the vacant positions at Plan International Nepal. This role is to fill the gap and support the team for a period of 6 months/ short term.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Education qualification and experience
- Master’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience in the field of Human Resources Management in development sector.
- Proven experience in coordination, liaison and networking.
Knowledge and skills
- Clear understanding of the development sector, its operating and regulatory environment in Nepal.
- Clear in-depth technical and practical knowledge and understanding of the relevant job domain.
- Knowledge of Labour Act and prevailing Tax Act.
- Understanding of socio cultural and political environment.
- Strong knowledge of updated best practices and tools in human resources management Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Managing work relationships (internal/external).
- Communicating, one to one, in groups both in writing, verbally, presentations and reports, in English, Nepali.
- Facilitation, negotiation and networking.
- Persuasion and ability to influence.
- Ability to problem solve, handle setbacks and pressure.
- Ability to use basic office electronic equipment & computer applications & database management.
