Job Description

• Conduct market study and research to identify new market opportunities
• Set specific objectives to come up with profitable marketing strategy
• Lead generation for retail, custom and bulk order and convert leads to clients
• Carry out promotional activities as per company’s promotional plan/strategies
• Oversee the production order, coordinate with production team and customer
• Sales pitching and presentation to potential customers
• Database management of the customers
• Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
• Interact with the clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
• Deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve services
• Take monthly inventories with supplies and maintain an stock level of Danfe Products so as to meet customer’s demand
• To manage and develop the Outlet team by delivering training where needed, handling employee relations in coordination with HR teamIn-charge of performance and sales of the company and ensures that the Enterprise’s profits and goals are met
• Develop sales and marketing to maximize revenues through effective brand development, new product development and promotion of product range and brand identity
• Manage E-commerce and product placement with contracted service providers 

Job Specification

• Minimum Requirement: Masters in Business Administration Degree 
• Work Experience: 3 years or more in similar field (full time internship experience can also be considered)
