The requirements for each Internship Programs are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration or in the relevant job domain.
- Work experiences in Human Resources Department will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Competency in written and spoken English and Nepali
- No ego, drama, or pessimism; the successful candidate will be flexible, humble, patient, and have a good sense of humor.
- At least 3 years of study toward a bachelor-level degree in engineering at a reputable institution.
- Recent graduates and Master’s candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Interest in earthquake-resistant design and construction of masonry, concrete and timber buildings.
- A basic understanding of good construction practices and the principles of earthquake- and wind-resistant construction. Familiarity with international building codes and guidelines, such as the IBC, ASCE 7, ASCE 41, ACI 318, NDS for wood construction, ACI 530, etc. is a plus.
- Good communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in informal, dense urban or remote rural communities.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit.
- No ego, drama, or pessimism; the successful candidate will be flexible, humble, patient, and have a good sense of humor.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of progressive working experience in related areas
- Excellent problem solving skills required
- Extensive knowledge of programming (JavaScript, PHP, and SQL)
- Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Software
- Ability to think visually and apply ideas to graphical representations, including maps and dashboards
- Analytical skills required, prior experience of Business Intelligence Tools
- Demonstration of leadership ability in a team environment and ambiguous circumstances
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines from multiple stakeholders
- Experience working closely with partner organizations
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English and Nepali
