Search for Common Ground (or SFCG) is an international non-profit organization operating in 36 countries whose mission is to transform the way the world deals with conflict away from adversarial approaches toward cooperative solutions. Hamro Team (Our Team), the Nepali version of SFCG’s multi-nation television franchise “The Team”, is about a football team and the challenges they face coming together despite their differences in a post-conflict environment.
