3. Is this position open to candidates with only a Bachelor’s degree?
Yes. A completed Bachelor’s degree is the minimum academic requirement. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications may also apply.

11. Is there a word limit for the Motivational Letter?
Yes. The letter must not exceed 200 words.
12. What is the application submission deadline?

13. Is there an application fee?
No. Neither the UN nor People 2 People Pvt. Ltd. charges any fee at any stage of application, selection, or training. Be cautious of anyone requesting payment in connection with this programme.
Selection & Employment Terms
14. Will I be hired directly by a UN agency?
No. This traineeship program is not permanent employment opportunity with any UN agency. Selected trainees are contracted by People 2 People Pvt. Ltd. (a subcontractor to UNDP) and assigned to a participating UN agency in any location within Nepal.
15. What benefits will I receive if selected?
A stipend, Social Security Fund contributions, and other benefits as per the prevailing Labor Law of Nepal.
16. What happens after I submit my application?
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of selection. All selected candidates go through a safe hiring process in line with the UN’s zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and Sexual Harassment (SH).
17. Can someone help me get selected if I know them?
No. Any attempt to influence the selection process through personal connections will result in disqualification.
