Position is: Fixed Term 01.1.2025 until 31.12.2026. (with possibility of extension)

Supervisor: Program Manager

Other reporting responsibilities and internal cooperation parties:

Country Director, Nepal Country Office (NEPCO) Program Team, NEPCO Finance & Admin Team, FCA’s Head Office: Service and Accountability Center (SAC), SAC M&E Specialist, SAC Quality and Accountability Unit

Primary Purpose of the Position

Responsible for developing and supporting planning, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, learning and reporting within NEPCO and its projects in line with FCA’s policies and guidelines. Responsible for rolling out and effective implementation of FCA’s MEAL guidelines, practices and tools, and Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) requirements. Build the capacity of relevant FCA team members and partner organisations in M&E tools and mechanisms.
