Helen Keller International, an International non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. Applications are invited from interested, committed, dynamic team players and experienced Nepali nationals for the following positions:

Program Manager:

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing USAID Integrated Nutrition activities within the designated district(s), while also playing a crucial role in coordinating, networking, representing, and communicating program initiatives.
This role involves providing extensive technical support to ensure the effective, inclusive, accountable, and sustainable implementation of nutrition programming, encompassing health, agriculture, WASH, and governance in the specified geographical areas.

Senior Program Coordinator:

The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of the USAID Integrated Nutrition program within specified geographical areas.
This role entails providing comprehensive technical support to ensure the effective, inclusive, accountable, and sustainable implementation of nutrition initiatives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing integrated programming across health, agriculture, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and governance sectors in the designated regions.

Senior Finance Coordinator:

The Sr. Finance Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Helen Keller International. USAID Integrated Nutrition Operation Team, overseeing all payments and ensuring effective financial management in line with Helen Keller Intl. and donor policies.
This position will coordinate with the Sr. Manager – Budget and Finance, Contract and Grants, HR, Logistics, Procurement, and Provincial offices to achieve procurement control and performance objective.

Procurement Specialist:

The Procurement Specialist will manage all procurement-related activities for the Integrated Nutrition project, including coordinating with country staff on shared services such as insurance, security, and maintenance.
This role includes capacity building and coaching of Helen Keller International. USAID Integrated Nutrition province staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, the code of conduct, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in logistics and procurement.

Grants Management Specialist:

The Grants Management Specialist will lead and oversee subawards management for the Helen Keller Intl. USAID Integrated Nutrition Operation Team, ensuring compliance with Helen Keller Intl. and donor policies.
This role involves coordinating with the Sr. Manager – Contract and Grants, Program and Technical Lead, Director Field Program Operation, Province Lead, and other colleagues to achieve subawards control and performance objectives in line with program goals.
