Type: Open to all applicants, Project-based with 2 years of employment; based in Sarlahi District (Re-advertisement) *
The Project Coordinator (PC) will lead the Girls Get Equal (GGE) 2.0 Project in the district with the support of the Project Manager. The project will be implemented by a local NGO partner in the Sarlahi district. The PC is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project in compliance with donor requirements. The PC will maintain close coordination with the internal team, the local implementing partner, and other key stakeholders, including local and provincial government levels.
In adherence to Plan International Nepal’s Country Strategy 2023-28, the Project Coordinator will play a significant role in achieving the strategy’s objectives through this project, demonstrating a high sense of accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork. The Project Coordinator must have an in-depth understanding of project management to ensure smooth facilitation, including people management, effective organizational and program communication, partnership management, and adherence to quality programming and compliance with both the Government of Nepal and donor requirements.
