Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Prerequisites:

• Deep understanding of servers, systems and application software’s used in a service provider network.
• Hands-on experience in systems performance monitoring, diagnostics, analytics and troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge and experience in systems security and information security
• Experience in virtualization, cloud platform and related skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Professional certifications a plus.

Position Requirements Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products. 
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. 
• Good project management skills and Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. 
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. 
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Formal Education: The Senior System Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3+ systems operations experience in a service provider network or a large enterprise.
