  3. Finance and Admin Associate for Hygiene Promotion Through Routine Immunization

The requirements for each Internship Programs are as follows:

Finance Associate

  • Bachelors in Finance or relevant discipline
  • A minimum of one to two years’ work experience in financial related work preferably in I/NGOs
  • IT skills particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in the usage of accounting software packages and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal English and Nepali, with good interpersonal, negotiating and persuasive skills and experience
  • Accounting knowledge in complex financial rules and regulation
  • A quick learner with a “can do” attitude and ability to apply knowledge to new situations
  • Commitment to Water Aid’s values and a working style that reflects these

Project Officer for Hygiene Promotion Through Routine Immunization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health
  • Minimum of two years’ work experience on Health or WASH program delivery, admin and financial related work, preferably in I/NGOs
  • Experience of working with local organizations and government staff
  • Experience and understanding of MoH’s working modality
  • Fluency in spoken and written Nepali and English
  • High level of IT literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and presentations)
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, creativity and an ability to perform without close supervision
  • Knowledge and experience of program evaluation and monitoring

Finance and Admin Associate for Hygiene Promotion Through Routine Immunization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
  • A minimum of one to two years’ work experience in admin and financial related work preferably in I/NGOs
  • Experience of working with local organizations and government staff
  • Demonstrably strong communication skills in English and Nepali languages
  • IT literate (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation, creativity and an ability to perform without close supervision
